Both apartments are currently leased. We are happy to put you on the waitlist for future availability. Tours are available by appointment.
Rental Criteria
All applicants are screened using the same standards. To qualify, applicants should have:
- Verifiable income of at least 3x the monthly rent (or a qualified co-signer/guarantor)
- Satisfactory credit history
- Positive rental history with no prior evictions
- Valid photo identification
Preference is given to Mercer Law & Medical students. Meeting these criteria does not guarantee approval; all applications are reviewed individually.
