Rental Criteria
All applicants are screened using the same standards. To qualify, applicants should have:
- Verifiable income of at least 3x the monthly rent (or a qualified co-signer/guarantor)
- Satisfactory credit history
- Positive rental history with no prior evictions
- Valid photo identification
Preference is given to Mercer Law & Medical students. Meeting these criteria does not guarantee approval; all applications are reviewed individually.
